Answer invites from your phone, upload the video from there.
Without moving to a computer, answer invites, upload the video from your gallery and withdraw your payment.
- Opportunities: In a campaign invite, pick your price within the range and say I'm in, or pass with no penalty.
- Orders: When the product reaches you, tap "I have the product"; if the brand asks for changes, upload a new version.

Is the app paid?
No. The app and the account are free, with no subscription. Brands only pay for the videos they order; the offer shows a single total and VAT is added at checkout.
Can I sign in with my web account?
Yes. It's the same account; your messages, orders and wallet are the same on the web and in the app.
Are there separate apps for brands and creators?
No. Brands and creators use the same app on iOS and Android; you see the screens for your role.
I don't have an account; can I sign up in the app?
Yes. Download the app and sign up as a brand or as a creator.
How do I pay in the app?
By card (Visa, Mastercard, mada) or from your wallet balance, the same as on the web. Card payments go through Moyasar.
Will I get notifications at night?
Campaign invites and reminders aren't sent between 23:00 and 09:00 (Riyadh time).
Can I open a campaign from my phone?
Yes. The campaign wizard, the I'm in list and selection all work on your phone.
